Overall the experience was positive (thanks to the sales person Chris) but there are some annoyances that came with the purchase. The car drove well on the test drive but they wanted to do an oil change person Chris) but there are some annoyances that came with the purchase. The car drove well on the test drive but they wanted to do an oil change and service, after that (and we'd already paid at this point) it drove like crap. Asked them to look at it or have the mechanic call me at least so I could hear what work was done but they never did. They have a 5 day money back guarantee, they didn't reach out about the issue they apparently caused with their service and waited until after that 5 days to reach out, coincidence? Also the oil change and service took them overnight to do?? Bought the car at lunchtime couldn't pick it up until almost 24 hours later. This is a Jeep bought at a Jeep dealership?? Didn't have the oil filter in stock?? Told us the car would be ready no later than 10:30, turns out that is the time that parts arrive... Car was supposed to have a full tank of gas, received it almost empty. Said they would fill it but I'm not going to put in a couple of gallons and then drive all the way back there (hour round trip) for 60 bucks of gas, should have sent us a prepaid gas card in the mail. Finally why does it take sooooo long to buy a car, sitting around for hours waiting for the finance guy? To run a credit card! From the moment I say I'm buying the car and the price discussion is over I think it should take no more that 30-45 mins to complete the transaction. It shouldn't take over 2 hours. More
