Most horrible experience. As a first time car buyer, I was very new to the process of finding a vehicle that would be perfect for myself to learn how to drive and commute to s As a first time car buyer, I was very new to the process of finding a vehicle that would be perfect for myself to learn how to drive and commute to school/work. But within the first month of owning the car we started having issues. Bought the car in December of 2021, car went into service January of 2022. The entirety of the time that I have owned the car it is been in service the entire time. The only time It lasted outside of the service department was about 2 months until it continued to have issues. This dealership sold me a lemon car which is unexceptable considering what I went through to even to get the point of purchasing this car. I would not recommend going to this dealership to buy a car from because they will not care what vehicle they put you in even if the car has a history of continuing problems. More

The final salesperson was wonderful, she was the one that did my trial drive and final paperwork except financing, but she did go over options, I was paying cash but it was good to hear about leasing and loans. She kept me entertained while they cleaned it up and made sure it was perfect. I am embarrassed that I can't remember hrt name. I have been doing business with this place for years More

Great customer service. I went in for an oil change and mentioned my back window was very dirty and all car washes have been closed with the extreme cold temperatures and th I went in for an oil change and mentioned my back window was very dirty and all car washes have been closed with the extreme cold temperatures and they surprised me and cleaned it! My sales Rep Jesus' was very helpful, They met my deal request, and when, I was in a hurry, when we agreed to a price, I mentioned they have to hurry as I had a 4.5 hour trip home, they worked with my cre request, and when, I was in a hurry, when we agreed to a price, I mentioned they have to hurry as I had a 4.5 hour trip home, they worked with my credit union and closed the deal in a hurry.
