Did warranty repairs, took 3 months. We appreciate Danny getting everything covered and our Jeep repaired. The process to get approval for warranty repair took over a month, wish this process was quicker. We are voicing our concerns with Mopar Service. It’s ridiculous for the Service Rep to be on the phone, on hold, for long lengths of time just to get through. This process needs to be revamped. More
