this is my usual service provider. Last visit was very disappointing. Jeep needed some diagnostic work (check engine) so the only thing I had priced was a differential fluid and oil Last visit was very disappointing. Jeep needed some diagnostic work (check engine) so the only thing I had priced was a differential fluid and oil replacement. I checked in at 10am. I didn't hear from the service rep until 11 the next morning and this after many, many unsuccessful phone calls to obtain an update. Ended up costing over $1400 dollars on a vehicle I am planning to sell. Did agree to recommended repairs even though final cost was unclear, but would have agreed to anything to get my only vehicle back after over 24 hour wait. Not inclined to return More
For picking up my brand new Jeep I made it clear multiple times in advance that I wanted to spend as little time as possible in their show room to pick-up my new Jeep. They got all the information beforehand times in advance that I wanted to spend as little time as possible in their show room to pick-up my new Jeep. They got all the information beforehand, and I was told I would be in and out within 1 hour. When I showed up, nothing was prepared at all, the whole process finally took 3,5 hours(!!) in their cold lobby. I was told from time to time that they'll pull up the vehicle any moment. When it finally was ready, I still had to go through financing, which could have well done while I was waiting. Their excuse was that they first picked the wrong Jeep for detailing, and also had to polish some scratches from transport. They could have told me long before that it'll take extra time, I'm living just 5 minutes away. I could have gone home and come back later. Reuben from financing saved the day, he was a pleasure to work with and efficient. Otherwise it would have been just 2 stars! Worst car pick-up process ever!!! They don't care about your time nor keep you in the loop. Things changed since they had parking lots full of new cars. Nowadays you're lucky to get a new car after 4 months of waiting. They know that you won't walk away at that point. :-/ I still recommend the dealership because their service department does a really great job. I had my previous Jeep always serviced there without any issues. More
Salesperson didn't really know anything about the truck we purchased. Did not know any warranty on there vehicle. Says he will call you. But never calls you back. No communication. And not purchased a truck there. They were very helpful. I wish AutoNation Salesperson was more helpful. More
I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service for the first time since I bought it. I was five minutes early and they got me right in. I had another great experience at Jeep on Colfax. My Jeep needed a new gas tank which was covered under my extensive warranty, plus had regular maintenance done as well as front and back brakes some My Jeep needed a new gas tank which was covered under my extensive warranty, plus had regular maintenance done as well as front and back brakes some filters this was all done in less than two days.
