I was very pleased with Auto National located on West Colfax by Colorado Mills Mall. I am not happy with what caused my vehicle to need repairs, I purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler in 2021 and I was coming home from my Mom's in the Mountains when the highway transitioned and my Jeep started the death rattle. I had my entire family and pets with me, thankfully we didn't hit ice or crash but I am so angry the shimmy shock was defective and Jeep is aware of the issue but has not fixed the part nor do they cover a better part so that I am not in this situation next year when the part goes out again. I cannot believe I paid so much money to have a defective and unsafe vehicle. I am very upset about this situation - it is not the coordinators fault but I am upset with Jeep and the system that allows this to happen.. More
