Got the truck on Sept 3. It's been back to the shop 5x. For the same issue. The technicians are just throwing money into it with out properly diagnosing the complaint issue. It's been back to the shop 5x. For the same issue. The technicians are just throwing money into it with out properly diagnosing the complaint issue. My truck is still at the dealership without resolve. I have been called to come get my truck to have to bring it right back with 5 to 8 days of picking it up. I have driven 5 loaners and have made more runs to pick up my truck just to find it not repaired each time. I'm paying payments for a truck I have only driven a total of three weeks since I got the truck and now tomorrow will make two months since I picked it up from the first time I made the complaint. I have had the truck for 3 months and 8 days and no resovle for the same issue. First time buyer. Not the best experience. More
