I purchased my first Jeep (2023 Wrangler Rubicon 4xe) from Ceasar Ortega in September and took delivery on October 25. Ceasar provided periodic updates so I knew what stage of the build process the Jeep was in. Marco Valles was our Finance Manager. Even though we financed our Jeep though our credit union, Marco still provided awesome customer service. He help us go though all the service and protection plans and ensure we selected the ones that were right for me and my family This is the second new car we purchased from Autonation in 14 months (the second was a 2021 Ford Explorer Limited Hybrid from Littleton). I know they are independently owned and operated, but Autonation dealers know how to treat their customers. We'll definitely buy our next vehicle from Autonation when my daughter is ready to drive. Had my Jeep towed to the dealership. Had spoken with Daniel the assistant service manager who was my contact. The Jeep was there for several weeks while troubleshooting. When I went to learn the status, they were not able to duplicate the issues, for the Jeep was performing fine. Daniel introduced me to Brian L. in the sales department to assist with getting an appraisal on my Jeep with options for me. I was not charged anything while my vehicle was at your dealership and was surprised at the value of my 2008 Wrangler Sahara I was offered😊.
