Our sales associate, Nate, was fantastic! He listened to what we were looking for in an SUV, we thought we wanted a Jeep Wagoneer, to have more room & a 3rd row seat. We previously had a Land Rover Discovery, so Nate had us drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit that had been apraxia ordered, but the buyer backed out of. The minute we climbed into the Jeep Grand Cherokee, it felt perfect! It was fully loaded with MORE features than our Discovery had, it had tons of room, 3rd row seating, yet it didn’t feel as big & overwhelming for me to park as the Wagoneer had. It. Was. THE. One! We never would’ve looked at Grand Cherokee’s had Nate not suggested it, & we’re SO grateful that he did. We absolutely love our new car! Everyone at the dealership was super friendly, from sales, finance & the manager, Steve.
