I have to travel about 75 miles to have my car serviced. They are very good about getting me in and out in a timely fashion. This was a 90,000 mile service so my wait was pretty long but they did their be They are very good about getting me in and out in a timely fashion. Everyone at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West were very friendly from the salespeople (Chris) to upper management. We had a problem with our 2020 Yukon the first hour bring it home the water pump went out friendly from the salespeople (Chris) to upper management. We had a problem with our 2020 Yukon the first hour bring it home the water pump went out in my driveway as we pulled in. I called Chris, within 2 hours she had a tow truck at my house picking it up and took it to the shop to get it repaired. It was repaired the next day we needed it for a trip the following day, so all worked out for us with little to no problem. Return from 2,000-mile trip with no other problems. It was a little heart breaking to buy a new car and to have things go wrong the first hour after we picked it up but thanks to Chris all is well. More
