Satisfaction isn's always determined when everything goes right. It's often when something goes wrong and how the dealer responds. I recently purchased a used Dodge Durango from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West right. It's often when something goes wrong and how the dealer responds. I recently purchased a used Dodge Durango from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West. Soon after I received it, I discovered that the GPS didn't work. AutoNation determined the problem and replaced the Uconnect system at no charge. As a bonus, they activated a subscription to Sirius. Thanks for the great response. More
