I wrote a less than stellar review based on one visit that was t great. I got a decent response, the head service manager met me personally for my second visit. (I bought two cars from here). I was told they were replacing my shocks, had to order because apparently there’s no part stock at a service center. Still haven’t gotten the call to tell me parts are in (3 weeks). I was told I’d get a tank of gas and to bring my truck in “empty” to take advantage. I got my truck back empty and had to make an emergency stop to avoid running out and no one knew what I was talking about when I brought it up. Purchased a 2021 Wrangler Rubicon. Sales team was easy to work with and GM came over and introduced himself. Rubi developed a significant warranty covered defect. Service personnel were forthright about issue and likely delay in completion of suspected diagnosis and repair. Service continued to update me Without me having to ask. Upon receipt of the needed parts, these were installed, tested and approved quickly. Information about unlikely need to do same repair in the future was provided. More
The only complaint I have is I came in for an oil change and it takes two hours. I’m familiar with oil changes and I feel an hour should be plenty of time when you have an appointment.
