I wrote a less than stellar review based on one visit that was t great. I got a decent response, the head service manager met me personally for my second visit. (I bought two cars from here). I was told they were replacing my shocks, had to order because apparently there’s no part stock at a service center. Still haven’t gotten the call to tell me parts are in (3 weeks). I was told I’d get a tank of gas and to bring my truck in “empty” to take advantage. I got my truck back empty and had to make an emergency stop to avoid running out and no one knew what I was talking about when I brought it up.
