Alright, so here’s the deal. I have dealt with many dealerships through my 55 years. As a woman, it can sometimes be a frustrating experience. I found AutoNation Jeep in Golden when we purchased our Rubicon 7 years ago. From the very moment we bought, I knew we had made the right decision. The Service department is absolutely outstanding! They have always made sure we understand anything we are having worked on. They are honest, knowledgeable and always make us feel important. I recommend them HIGHLY! We will stay with Jeep because of this dealership! More
While it took while to get schedule they did great job putting in a spacer lift kit. Other dealers wouldn’t do and it was a reasonable price. After the service and on the way home the TPI still indicated low pressure on the left rear tire. I pulled over and called the service desk and he checked with the tech and the tire rotation had not been done. I returned to the dealership and the tire rotation was then completed. The tech told the service writer some story about why he thought no rotation was needed but did not inform anyone at the time. This was service that was paid for and all of the work should have been done. Since the tech is paid on a flat rate, it seems to me he was trying to get paid for something he did not do. The service writer was apologetic and offered to fill the gas tank and wash the car. I appreciated that but was still irritated that the tech did not do his job. I wonder how many other times this had been done and the customer never noticed. Up until now all service performed at the dealership has been completed properly (as far as I know). More
