Had issues with the purchase process and when I had to take the vehicle in for service, there was miscommunication between my sales person and the technicians, which resulted in a lot of frustration. I did go back to dealership because my daughter was looking to purchase a new car; they did not have the car she saw online in stock - they tried to push her into a different vehicle and made her feel bad. Mike D was on vacation, tried on line couldn’t get a time , left message for a returned call to schedule service, no call back! Upon my arrival to Jeep Auto Nation I was professionally greeted by Mr. Steve Johnson the service writer. He immediately checked me in and got my vehicle staged, sanitized, all fluids checked and filled, an greeted by Mr. Steve Johnson the service writer. He immediately checked me in and got my vehicle staged, sanitized, all fluids checked and filled, and then he checked all (5) air tire PSIs and then he performed a walk around on the vehicle to point out if their were any exterior areas of interest that would need to be brought to my attention. Mr. Steve Johnson, takes personal ownership of my vehicle as if he was the owner, and he does this so that my Jeep is always in 100% safe working condition. I truly admire Mr. Johnsons professional customer service! I've also seen Mr. Johnson perform this same type of service to his customers, along with all his co-workers who provide the same type of customer service to their customers. It's very impressive to see that type of customer service. And, during my service visit, I was greeted by the Service Manager Mr. Kevin and the Dealership Manager Mr. Steve Kerr, both of these gentlemen asked if their was anything else they could do for me during my visit, they both gave me their business cards and said to call them directly if their was anything they could do for me. And, they both thanked me personally for bringing my vehicle in for service at their dealership. Sidenote....... I would also like to say that this dealership is very clean, presentable, organized, and also the Men's bathroom was clean and sanitized and the dealership has a complimentary free Starbucks Coffee station in the service department along with complimentary water and snacks for their customers in the main lobby. I also had the opportunity to visit the parts department and engage with Mr. Micah Dean and Mr. Dave, both of these gentlemen were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. They both provided me with options on accessories, the prices and the availability for my vehicle and their parts department was professionally staged, clean, presentlable and with various visual vehicle accessories and display options. As for my checkout of my vehicle from the service department, which was delivered to me fully serviced within an hour of my arrival-(which was very impressive! ). Mr. Johnson showed me the invoice in detail, he explained all services performed by the mechanic, any concerns that would need my attention and any future manufacture services needed. And then Mr. John's performed a walk through with me on the service delivery drive to verify that all matters of service have been addressed before I left the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to have their vehicle serviced by any of their ASE factory trained Mechanics along with their factory and dealership trained service writers who are committed to providing professional customer service to their customers vehicles.
