Aaron took us around to the vehicles in the lot so that we could finalize a few decisions that we had on option and engine choices. One of his coworkers even offered to allow us to sit in her personal vehicle so that my wife could check out the step height with 35 inch tires. We put our order together in a few minutes and began the long wait for our Wrangler to be assembled. Aaron and I communicated back an forth multiple times so that we were kept appraised of the assembly progress. When the vehicle arrived at the dealer we made an appointment to pick it up the following day. So far, so good. The window sticker price had gone up substantially from the time that we placed our order but we were never asked to pay more than our original agreement. The big surprise came in the finance office (a place where nightmare stories abound in many dealerships). We were asked twice about an extended warranty, which we declined and that was it! No pushing of dealer packs no pressure to buy accessories, nothing. It was smooth, easy and completely non-stressful. Afterward Aaron spent time with us to go over all the features of the vehicle and urged us to call him with whatever questions we may have. I've bought a lot of vehicles in my time and this was far and away the smoothest, most cordial, new car purchase experience that I've ever had. More
