I’ve been a customer at this dealership for over 25 years, with three different vehicles. I changed locations two years ago, and needed to change dealers. I was severely disappointed in the other deale years, with three different vehicles. I changed locations two years ago, and needed to change dealers. I was severely disappointed in the other dealer, from the way they handled sales, to their telephone system, to their customer service and unfriendliness, with overcharges and bad attitude. THIS dealership I just returned to did not fail to satisfy in all regards, with friendliness, prompt and excellent service, easiness of scheduling, notification during the service, and overall satisfaction. Wanted a car that was good on gas mileage, especially these days, and Jesus had a few options for me. What I appreciated was no hard sell into something outside of the budget I had set for myself. I had seen a red sedan online and luckily it was still there. Jesus pointed out all the features of the car, we took it for a test drive and I ended up buying it.
