This was our second time purchasing a Jeep from AutoNation and it was better than the first. Alec was phenomenal in his service. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Xavier was great, AutoNation and it was better than the first. Alec was phenomenal in his service. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Recommended by someone that AutoNation West does a great job. After my first visit I have to agree. Took our Jeep Wrangler in for 2 issues. One was a very sporadic issue with the Radio. AutoNation repl job. After my first visit I have to agree. Took our Jeep Wrangler in for 2 issues. One was a very sporadic issue with the Radio. AutoNation replaced both items under warranty, therefore getting to a conclusion on both issues. The intake was done by a knowledgeable person and was quick and easy. Work completed within the communicated timeframe. I will continue taking our Jeep to AutoNation West. More
