Had check engine light on. Four wheel drive not working. Live in remote mountains and need 4- wheel drive to get to home. Serviced my car perfectly and I was safe to return home to over a foot of snow. So I have mixed review. Actual work always well done and actual personnel in Service department are always helpful and go out of their way to help but reservationsist did not do anything to help my desperate situation.. The only problem I have is it when you have an appointment do you still have to wait an hour and a half or more. I took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a concern about a squeaking sound coming from my brakes. They looked at the brakes, said they were just fine (thanks for being honest with me I had a concern about a squeaking sound coming from my brakes.
