I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change and two new wiper blades. No one informed me they were running late until I picked up the keys at the service desk. They were supposed to rotate my tires but never blades. No one informed me they were running late until I picked up the keys at the service desk. They were supposed to rotate my tires but never happened. When I spoke to guy at the service desk. He said we were running late, sorry for that. He never bothered to let me know, I had to go check on it after 1.5 hours. He said it would be soon and 30 more minutes passed. And when I drove in the service garage to drop my vehicle off 3 other people got checked in and no one got to me for 15 minutes. Not good customer service. I asked for discount and he said I got 12%. Only because I had a coupon when I checked in. Couldn't do anymore he said. So really might have to change places I go. I am a widow and have to wait for my vehicle. Others in the waiting room for upset also. More
