Overall the dealership is alright. Location is excellent and the lot is very nice. Inside is a bit of a mess, however. Took my Jeep there for service, which was good. Simple “Jeep Wave” oil change and tire rotation, 6k mi service on my new Gladiator; had to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Arrive on time for my appt. Takes nearly 2 hours to complete the service service on my new Gladiator; had to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Arrive on time for my appt. Takes nearly 2 hours to complete the service - I didn’t complain, didn’t make some scene, treated the staff kindly. The lady checking me out was not friendly and seemed put-out when handing me my service report, and told me my keys were with the service writer. When I went to collect my keys from the service writer, he was also a bit rude and not at all friendly when I asked about an open recall and when I could get it scheduled. Seems folks working there are too busy to offer a good customer experience and that they didn’t like their jobs very much. Glad I don’t work there. I’ll try a different dealer for the next service, these folks are overworked or something - kinda felt bad for them. More

Overall a good experience, they fixed the problem that 2 visits to a different service center did not figure out. I did have some issues communicating with the service rep as he was almost never around, how visits to a different service center did not figure out. I did have some issues communicating with the service rep as he was almost never around, however, other team members did a great job of listening and helping. More
