I had another great experience at Jeep on Colfax. I was very pleased with Auto National located on West Colfax by Colorado Mills Mall. My service coordinator Daniella was amazing and helped me get my car back within a day - even though parts are on bac Colfax by Colorado Mills Mall. I am not happy with what caused my vehicle to need repairs, I purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler in 2021 and I was coming home from my Mom's in the Mountains when the highway transitioned and my Jeep started the death rattle. I had my entire family and pets with me, thankfully we didn't hit ice or crash but I am so angry the shimmy shock was defective and Jeep is aware of the issue but has not fixed the part nor do they cover a better part so that I am not in this situation next year when the part goes out again. I cannot believe I paid so much money to have a defective and unsafe vehicle. I am very upset about this situation - it is not the coordinators fault but I am upset with Jeep and the system that allows this to happen.. More

We take all of our vehicles to this dealership regardless of make. Danny is our service provider and he always takes excellent care of us! This truck is a 2004 Dodge, basic truck. Had an oil change they did a great job and checked my tires. Had to wait 2 hours but it was snowing that morning and they said it will take longer than usual that they were behind.
