I went in to get my final oil change on my Gladiator with the wave program and thought it would be simple. My service rep, Danny, was nice enough but over the entire 2hr wait (which he was upfront about), no the wave program and thought it would be simple. My service rep, Danny, was nice enough but over the entire 2hr wait (which he was upfront about), not once did he come out with any type of estimate or say I’d have any charges to expect. Then the girl at the service reception called me up and handed me a bill for $140 for a cabin air filter!?! I told her I was never informed of any changes and she could have cared less, was rude, and didn’t offer any type of help or solution. I’ve worked at several dealerships and this is not how you do business, I should have been informed at some point over the 2hrs of sitting in the waiting area that there would be a charge, especially for this much on what I thought was my final free oil change. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. Edit: Danny called me to discuss everything and was very professional, courteous, and made sure I got my issues addressed and taken care of.
