I take my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Jeep West for all my lifetime warranty work. I find that Marek and Danielle in the service department are very knowledgeable and able to take care of all my service n my lifetime warranty work. My experience was terrrific. I had called an 800 number and thought my appt. for an oil change/10,000 check was scheduled for 10:30. We bought our Cherokee from this dealer. They have been fair and honest since the beginning. Only suggestion is to have more dates, times or Mechanics available in the service center.
