Recommended by someone that AutoNation West does a great job. After my first visit I have to agree. Took our Jeep Wrangler in for 2 issues. One was a very sporadic issue with the Radio. AutoNation replaced both items under warranty, therefore getting to a conclusion on both issues. The intake was done by a knowledgeable person and was quick and easy. As always, Steve in the service department gave me outstanding service for my recent oil change. They are exceptionally busy, but Steve fit me in in my requested timeframe, greeted me with a hug, list outstanding service for my recent oil change. Scheduling the appointment over the phone is the best way to go with service here. The online options never confirmed appointments. But when I arrived for my appointment early they were able to get my Jeep o to go with service here. The online options never confirmed appointments.
