Took my 2019 Jeep Wrangler for a recall fix concerning the manual transmission clutch pressure plate. The dealership provided excellent service and the work was done most expeditiously. I highly recommend the manual transmission clutch pressure plate. The dealership provided excellent service and the work was done most expeditiously. I highly recommend this service department. My biggest complaint is with Fiat-Chrysler. Almost 7 months passed from getting the initial recall notice until the software fix was available for installation. Yet, per the repair rep I worked with, this fix was being used at the factory much earlier on the newer Wrangler production line. More
The service department treated me great. The cashier was very nice too. I had an oil and filter change and it was done in good time. The only problem was , there was really no place to sit and wait for my v very nice too. I had an oil and filter change and it was done in good time.
