We would like to be able to drive our Wagoneer that is LESS THAN A YEAR OLD, but not being able to get it serviced when there's clearly a warranty issue with the rotors makes us wary of driving it on any long road trips. I made an appointment to fix an extended warranty item and look at a check engine light. The soonest they could get me in was 5 weeks later. Due to a trip I let them know I needed the Jeep back within 1 1 and look at a check engine light. The soonest they could get me in was 5 weeks later. Due to a trip I let them know I needed the Jeep back within 1 1/2 days. When I checked it in for the repairs for my 8:15 am appointment time, I mentioned the timing requirement again. Nothing was said either time. That day I never heard about the status of my vehicle so I called them at the end of the day. I was told the service tech had not even looked at my car and it could be 1-2 days before that happened. I was also told that it could take 2-4 days after the diagnosis before they got approval from the 3rd party extended warranty company, and then the repairs needed to take place depending on parts availability. Bottom line, it is a minimum of 1 week that you need to leave your car for repairs that used to take 1-2 days. There were no expectations set for the new timeline they operate under and no communications to me about the extended process to get your vehicle repaired. I have another appointment 3 weeks from now to take it in again and start over. Not happy at all. Poor communications and no expectations given. Poor way to run a business. More

He kept me informed of delays that occurred and when the car was finished gave me important information about dealing with Mopar warranty delays for future use. More
