Had to take my truck back three times due to lazy repair work a zero attention to detail. New wheel was obviously scratched the first time I went to pick it up. They claim they saw it but thought it was dir work a zero attention to detail. New wheel was obviously scratched the first time I went to pick it up. They claim they saw it but thought it was dirty. Why wouldn’t you clean it before I showed up; you would’ve realized it was scratched and then corrected before I came to pick it up. Poor paint work, very splotchy, had to be redone. Bent the belt mounding and just left it that way. Overspray all over. 4th time was a charm. Won’t be back. Won’t recommend. More

LIZ AND ALEXIS HAVE BEEN THE BEST WORKERS I COULD HAVE EVER ASKED FOR. Randy the collision manager is who this is about. Someone outta drive his vehicle to where it gets 9 mpg. He’s the bad one in the batch sadly, throw him out before he rots away the new office ladies who are so nice. My truck sat in their employee parking for 5 days until they told me they “found it”. I called every day after the tow truck dropped it off to make sure if it was there or not. Almost had to call the cops because they kept saying it wasn’t there. After the month rolled by of them having it and not being able to have a rental anymore, they only fixed cosmetic stuff and never even took apart anything mechanical. Even after I verbally talked to the collision manager and told him I wanted to make sure the wheel assembly was taken apart, and parts like the bearings, tie-rod ends, struts, ect were checked to make sure I wouldn’t shake my truck apart (it’s a 2019 bought brand new by me.).They still managed to not even make sure my truck was road safe. After bringing it back, they told me I had to pay for the rental the next 5 days or to “take it up with the insurance”. After getting it back the second time from the dealership and then telling me I had to pay for the rental on the work they never checked the while my truck was there from august 1st- August 24th is beyond me. The manager will try to make you feel like you don’t know what you’re talking about. Then they will try to push your vehicle back to you even though a tire may fall off while going 60-75 mph. Attached are photos of where my truck was dropped off august 3rd and they said they “found it” august 8th. If you’re getting work done here just beware, my truck normally gets 15-20 mpg. After getting it back from the test drive it only had 9 mpg averaged. I do not want this RANDY THE COLLISIONS MANAGER touching my vehicle ever again. Based off reviews on the past I should have avoided this shop and went to grapevine. Because after $3,400 they still can’t fix the problems the wreck I was in caused. More
