The “office” staff that I had direct communication with was awesome. No complaints with him. He was knowledge with how insurance work so there weren’t going to be delays and he was great with communication was awesome. No complaints with him. But I can definitely see where there is new paint is and there’s some raise bumps throughout, almost like they allowed dirt particles or something to dry on it. And the whether strips around the windows seem to be looser from them removing parts and then reattaching them. The BIGGEST issue I have, is even now, is finding multiple grease fingers prints throughout the fabric part of my car. And it’s areas where I don’t usually have contact with as I’m the only who goes in my car (drivers side only) and the spots correlate with the open door/window notifications I received throughout the repair. I have no idea how to remove them and am afraid I even trying to cause i don’t want to make it worse. It’s extremely frustrating and maddening that not only did something out of my control cause damage to my brand new car but that having to get repairs added to the inside of my car looking old and gross. More
