Had a minor paint scratch fixed. They wanted to do way more work than needed despite telling them it was minor. They made sure to look for everything they could but ultimately found They wanted to do way more work than needed despite telling them it was minor. They made sure to look for everything they could but ultimately found that it was in fact minor paint damage like I told them. The paint matched and they did it in the time they said they would but there's a little texture to the paint now. It's very minimal and you cant see it but you can feel it with your hand. Im worried this is going to cause paint failure in the future. More
There was nothing wrong with the front pass door and bellino insisted on continuing to strip it down and it cost me $995 extra. I told him twice in person, he said he did it to make sure the door color matched the fender even after I told him not to. My truck is 15 yrs old. I ended up getting 2 scratches on my back tailgate and a few other issues. Bellino said he would correct them all to just leave my truck 3 more days. He had it almost 30 days. He never updated my invoice to reflect the unauthorized unnecessary work on the door, I have photo's of the door before and emails to backup my claim. I told him I still contest the $995. More
First of all, I hate doing these things. I"m on the computer all day, & it becomes an issue to do the various rating. But since I've come this far, I will go on.
