Brought vehicle back twice for incomplete job. AFTER receiving quote and paying in full I was asked if I wanted aftermarket or OEM. I was told there is no difference and they fit the same. Once I picked up my car and wasn't happy with the work, I was told it is because I chose aftermarket. Photos from original quote had to be retaken. Compressor broke so there was a delay in painting. Calls were not returned. Plastic had overspray on it. Was told it came in like that, must have been from the factory. After I showed before photos they agreed to remove the over spray. Hood didn't line up. After complaining, they said it was because it was hot out. They re adjusted and improved it but not great. After market bumper seems to be poor quality and looks warped. More

Center originally did great work but after closer inspection at home failed to fix parts under the hood which were classified by the tech as prior damage, original estimate showed parts needed replac inspection at home failed to fix parts under the hood which were classified by the tech as prior damage, original estimate showed parts needed replaced and had pictures to reference. Auto was sent home as if it was completely so if I would not have caught I could have driven a car with a air intake that was zip tied and ducted taped and unit was only providing 50% air into the air cleaner so this could have damaged my vehicle. Contacted progressive and they had shop correct but it took another week and my time to get this corrected. Progressive was no help in getting my deductible back and the shop mgr has never contacted me to apologize or offer anything. Hopefully this shop loses preferred status with progressive. More

The staff was extremely helpful to someone who has never had the experience of an accident repair. They were always available to answer any questions and took care of the important things, i.e. payments, r had the experience of an accident repair.
