I wouldn’t recommend them and here is why. When I dropped my vehicle off and filled out the paperwork with my contact info I was assured I’d be contacted weekly on updates about my vehicle. Th When I dropped my vehicle off and filled out the paperwork with my contact info I was assured I’d be contacted weekly on updates about my vehicle. That wasn’t a reality. When I called in to check on my vehicle I was told that they tried to call me but they had a different number for me. How? I gave you my contact info. Secondly, my vehicle was kept for about a month. When I got it back, they didn’t complete the job. So, they had to FedEx a piece of the rear bumper to me so I can fix it. Overall, I was disappointed in their services and wouldn’t recommend them to any one. What makes it worse is I was told they had a USAA rep on site to see my vehicle through the process. No one from USAA called me to tell me the status of my vehicle. I felt they kept my car for an extra week because it sat, repaired and all, for a week. I was told it was because of paperwork. They still could have called me . At least I have it back. More
