I had two other shops condemn the transmission on my 2012 Journey. I personally didn't agree with their consensus so I decided to go directly to Dodge to have it assessed. The other shops told me "these 2012s, the transmissions are notoriously bad". What's that saying about when you're a hammer .. everything looks like a nail.. Autonation Dodge took the time to properly diagnose the car and sure enough, it wasn't the transmission. Their fix was much simpler and was 1/4 the price. I'm pretty happy they saved me several thousands of dollars. I'm moving out of the area else I'd adopt them as my new maintenance center for even my non-dodge cars. More

Very poor. I purchase a vehicle before autonation took over. And now that it needs service they don't seem to be concerned. They say parts are back ordered. So I guess they can't fix other problems while they wait. Since they have taken over Colorado springs dodge they have taken out the family feeling every time I visit I don't feel welcome. And some of the employees that have stayed have become rude and ugly. The new service or acting service manager Lisa. Is rude and thinks she is better that anyone the only service writer that still provides any kind customer service is Kaylee. Autonation only cares about xxxxxxx the money out of Colorado springs. I'm considering taking my business elsewhere. I have been very loyal to ram and have many vehicles but I'm sure I won't buy from autonation and am sure autonation won't care. More
I don't believe AutoNation cares about their customers. I had an appointment to have my car looked at for a recall. I received an e-mail and a reminder text. So, they knew I was coming in yet they still we I had an appointment to have my car looked at for a recall. I received an e-mail and a reminder text. Yet, it took them over 2 hours to look at my car and realize nothing needed to be done. More
