Today 01/17/2022 I dropped off my Dodge 2018 Caravan with Andy in Service to get an ideal pulley and a windshield washer replaced and they did an excellent job. 1/4/22 This dealership doesn't respond to bad reviews, one stars, or unsatisfied customers. I had my 2013 Dodge Journey towed to this shop almost 2 weeks ago to get a fuel pump put in my car. Travis told one stars, or unsatisfied customers. I had my 2013 Dodge Journey towed to this shop almost 2 weeks ago to get a fuel pump put in my car. Travis told us that they'll be done last week Friday, so yesterday 1/2/22 Monday, I decided to personally go up there to check on the status of my car and Travis told me that they Still haven't Started fixing my car then I told him don't even worry about it and that I'm about to have it towed to Dodge Perkins Motor City, so I had to pay for another tow plus I paid for a Rental car for All the time my car was held hostage at this shop. I knew something was fishy about this dealership because everytime I went in this place, I could Never find the person I was looking for and when you do speak to someone it feels like they listening to you but they don't really hear you with interest. So, I started reading all their reviews and I noticed that they always respond to the pretty reviews but the Real people that actually have problems and concerns this place is dismissive to them. I guess since my car is an older car that I didn't deserve the same amount of Fair treatment as the Newer vehicles huh? My experience was horrible and plus I'm out of pocket with 2 tows and a Rental car plus Travis or Andy didn't even bother to make it right or at least attempt to accommodate me for the inconvenience. Not a sorry or a simple My bad. Thus dealership acts with No integrity and they don't treat everyone Fair and Equal. I do Not recommend Anyone to do business here because it looks good on the outside but Nasty attitudes on the inside.
