He does not w NO - NO Bad experience! Promises made & not kept. Bought a car on Jun 20th. The finance guy Dave is unprofessional, awkward and pushy. He does not want to run/talk actual numbers & fees until the docs are ready to be signed - pushing the warranty & extras too hard. Then made promises that the A/C would be fixed. But when we took it to the service dept they said the fix was not approved. Dave would not answer or return the 10 messages/calls & texts. Still haven't heard from him or gotten my GapRefund check that I was assured he would process. I spoke to a Manager 3xs about this & check is on it's way, but it is October and nothing! And to make matters worse, the smog/emissions was not completed which caused a delay with the MVD/registration & we had take it in to be smog checked. And, this held up the payoff of our trade in vehicle which ended up being 30 days late on our credit record. Again, not happy! One problem after another. We will not buy here again! More

I even got a call from sales manager Blake, who called just to make sure I understood Dean, who is heavily accented. I was feeling great. That evening I arrived at the dealership to find seemingly the entire staff outside on a smoke break. I found Dean, introduced myself, and was told the car I was looking for was just sold. I thanked him and left. I could not believe that Dean had not bothered to call or text to let me know, as he had no problem doing so numerous times that morning to make sure I'd be coming in that night, and bring the necessary documents. I guess that smoke break was more important. This is where it gets good. Shortly after I get home Dean calls to apologize, says he will do everything he can to get me a discount and help find the vehicle I want. I was just perturbed that he had not contacted me after the vehicle was sold. So the next morning I was searching online for a similar vehicle, I came across an ad for the exact vehicle that was supposedly sold the night before at this dealership, only, the price of the vehicle had mysteriously been raised by $3,000!!! Suddenly that great deal wasn't so great anymore. Now I understand that car salesmen are, for the most part sketchy degenerates who would sell their firstborn to make a buck, and who's only skills are to run their sad, pathetic, hustle, but these guys take the cake. I would avoid Autonation Fiat and all Autonation dealerships as apparently these practices are promoted at these dealerships . Sarah was extremely helpful and made my experience at the dealership better than I could have imagined. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and she succeeded. I can't remember the name of the gentleman I worked with in financing but I believe his name was John. He was also extremely helpful explained everything to me clearly as I signed paperwork. I at no time felt pressured into any additional purchases and this made me very happy. It was important to me that I trusted who I worked with and John made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to returning to Autonation Fiat North Phoenix to purchase my next car as well. They all, as a team, did an amazing job. They were far better than every other dealership I visited while searching for a car. More

I got an 06 PT Cruiser that needed a few fixes. The we-owe only took a couple days it all was fixed. Be sure to address any issues you may find on your potential buy and they should get it taken care of for you.
