Considering I was 2 hours and 40 minutes away from the dealership, in another state, I was a bit concerned at first. After talking with Brandon, I was immediately relieved and very comfortable making this purchase over the phone. Brandon took a video of the 2024 Ford Bronco to show me exactly what I was buying. After making the trip to pick it up, of course on a rainy day, I found that they cleaned it up and left it inside so I was able to see it nice and clean. I highly recommend this very high quality dealership that goes out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. More

A great experience. I went in for an oil change. Technician found a problem with the water pump. (2021 Bronco Big Bend) He sent me a video showing and explaining the le I went in for an oil change. Since it was the end of the work day and procedure would take 2/3 hours, Mary Stark, made a ride home available to me and the next day they picked me up at my home when the car was finished.
