Staff is polite, however communication overall is a big area for improvement here. I received different information every-time I was contacted. I was promised they were going to fill my windshield fluid. Th dr y did not. I was told after 2 days wait that they could not use there tester on my car and that I would have to the it to a hyundai deal fluid. Th dr y did not. Service was completed in a timely manner, however I found the suggestion for an alignment on such a low mileage car way off base, everyone was very cordial. All in all a good group of associates, who did to save their chi chat for break time, if they want another star from me. More
