recently purchased my dream car as a retirement gift to myself, but what should have been a joyous and memorable experience turned into a complete nightmare — all thanks to the poor service at Autonation F myself, but what should have been a joyous and memorable experience turned into a complete nightmare — all thanks to the poor service at Autonation Ford (1400 W I-20 Frontage Rd, Arlington, TX). From start to finish, the experience was plagued with lies, delays, and a complete lack of accountability. I was promised new brakes and rotors — only to discover that wasn't true. I was told the vehicle would be shipped in 2-3 days — it took 3 weeks, and once it was finally shipped, no one could even tell me where it was for another 3 days. I was also promised a full tank of gas as a courtesy — instead, the car arrived on E (empty). When I followed up via email with the salesman, I received no response. I called the dealership to speak with a manager — only to have my call refused. From the salesman, to the manager, all the way up to the general manager, this dealership failed me at every level. If you're considering doing business with Autonation Ford in Arlington — don’t. They over-promise, under-deliver, and once they have your money, the communication and care disappear. Buyer beware.
