Before even looking carefully through my information I was told I did not have coverage for my free oil change and that I haven’t had my truck had not been serviced there before. Unfortunately, I have experienced some of our locations that were not as stellar as this one. The staff was friendly and Dave was quite helpful. He saw I had a premium warranty and made sure I received all the benefits it affords without needing to ask.
