Oh my GOODNESS! Where do I start! Very patient and very professional! Jeff was a delight to work with and Matt texted me a picture of the carrier with THREE WHITE BRONCO's on it saying that I had three ch professional! No HAGGLING over pricing and sweet Charlie Scott was super nice over the warranty info. This dealership is just very personable which is huge in my love and characterization of people. Funny too! I am on two different Bronco Sport Forum pages so don't be surprised if someone from out of state wants to purchase a Bronco Sport from this Texas dealership. Not being over MSRP is HUGE! The service adviser was very rude and that’s just not the way to treat someone that just spent $90k at your dealership. The dealership did recall work for me. Scheduled the work in June. When I arrived for the appt, I was informed that they did not have the part needed for the recall.
