I did not go to the dealership. The tech came to my house and took care of a recall of the air bag inflator. He was friendly and helpful. He did the job promptly and checked my oil, windshield washer house and took care of a recall of the air bag inflator. He was friendly and helpful. He did the job promptly and checked my oil, windshield washer tank, tires, etc. I appreciated not having to take my car in for this recall. I always get good care at the dealership. More

Melissa was great! However, my technician didn’t tighten spark plug in after doing a full tune-up and oil changed which caused my truck to run rough for a few hours. This dealership has easy access off of I20 in Arlington. I especially like the comfortable waiting room.
