I made an appointment to have some warranty work taken care of. When I went to the “appointment” I learned it would be 2 weeks before they would get to my truck and it had to be left. After 2 weeks there was no work done. At the 3 week mark I was told they were getting to my truck but had to charge the battery. After 3 ½ weeks I was notified my truck was done. It needed a new battery. That is a ridiculous amount of time for a battery replacement. I think the service department needs to reevaluate their procedures and make appointments that actually mean something. I bought my truck at Auto Nation Ford and was told any warranty work that took excessive time would get me a loaner vehicle. That didn’t happen either. I was VERY disappointed in the entire service experience!! More

It took about 6 hours for the whole buying process which is way too long.
