I went to AutoNation Arlington just days after purchasing my car to purchase two new front tires. I arrived at 7:00 am and my service guy, Josh was amazing and it seemed as though everything was g purchasing my car to purchase two new front tires. I arrived at 7:00 am and my service guy, Josh was amazing and it seemed as though everything was going great until he realized that another office of theirs was paying for the wheel alignment and not me. Things changed, I don’t know if dealers don’t trust their sister dealers to pay them via wire transfers timely but I was told by my customer service provider at AutoNation Arlington that they don’t have the machine to do the wheel alignment on my 2015 BMW X6 and turned me away after selling me the tires. So I was on my own to figure out where to get complete service and I didn’t know how long I could drive my car without it. So it appears that AutoNation Arlington sells BMW’s but are not capable of fully servicing them for their customers. I’m a female and I didn’t have a clue as to where to go from that point. I thought I could get everything serviced at their location. So ladies, Beware!!! More

If we could give the service department and our service agent, Melissa, 6 stars out of 5, we would. We arrived as a "walk-in" in the late morning of New Years Eve with an ailing F-150. We had been travel agent, Melissa, 6 stars out of 5, we would. We arrived as a "walk-in" in the late morning of New Years Eve with an ailing F-150. We had been travelling from Ontario, Canada to Arizona for the winter. We weren't going to make it. Notwithstanding that the service department was booked several days in advance, Melissa took pity on us and got us in for a problem diagnosis. When the dealership reopened on the 2nd, we were there at 7:00 AM. We were taken in right away. By 1 PM, parts had been ordered and installed. I had thought we might be stuck for days. Our relief was tremendous! The icing on the cake was that the final bill was actually less than the estimate. I only wish that we had such a competent and sympathetic Ford dealership in our home town. More

My vehicle was dropped off at the dealer by a tow truck after the service office was closed and all the paperwork and key was placed in the night drop box. The service advisor did not call us back until th after the service office was closed and all the paperwork and key was placed in the night drop box. The service advisor did not call us back until the next Monday morning. He asked where the key was and where the car was located. All this information was in the paperwork in the drop box. It was a week before we heard anything else from advisor and then another three days before he called and said we could pick it up the next morning. When we arrived to pick it up he was not there that day so another advisor had to help us with it. He had also told me that they had no loaner cars so we had to get a rental. He said that we could get an allowance of up to $35.00 per day for this but we have not seen any of this money at this time. We are not impressed with this at all. We have had other things done there without any problems. If my recommendation were based on this trip only it would have been no. More
