Very helpful and friendly though could have been more honest on how long the service would take. Told 1.5 hours it took 2.5 I was a little worried as I had to get the kiddo from school. They did an okay job, came in For an oil change and a tire rotation. They sent me a picture of my air filter and asked about changing, reluctantly agreed because this was something I could have done Myse tire rotation. They sent me a picture of my air filter and asked about changing, reluctantly agreed because this was something I could have done Myself. When I got my bill it was over $600. Saw where they changed my cabin filter without asking, for another $100. I have changed my oil here since my pickup was new in 2019 but this seriously has me doubting going back. Not a happy customer. More
