Service rep wasn't very polite. I was also over charged for service. I had to remind the service agent of the quote she gave me over the phone. If I had not caught the error, I wou I was also over charged for service. I had to remind the service agent of the quote she gave me over the phone. If I had not caught the error, I would have paid about $200 over the actual cost for service. I gave 3 stars because I was refunded the over payment amount and my truck seems to run better. More

We walked in knowing what we wanted but it helped having a salesperson like Tyler! He listened, was patient and overall very easy to communicate with. Once we made our decision we worked closely with Kyron a salesperson like Tyler! He listened, was patient and overall very easy to communicate with. Once we made our decision we worked closely with Kyron in Finance. His wit and knowledge really confirmed everything we wanted to have in a vehicle. And lastly our small interaction with the Exec GM, Jerry, was top notch. His calm demeanor and excellent customer services wrapped up the whole buying experience very nicely. I wouldn’t hesitate referring and/or going back as a repeat customer. More
