The two employees I worked with were very nice. However, there seemed to be a mix-up or disagreement about who was my main rep.. One of them emailed me about a repair I needed to approve. I'm old. I don't have my email on my phone & I don't check my email every day. I had to call up there to see what was up with my car. I then approved the repair so that cost me at least a day. Later, I was told (after I had to call back again to check on the car) that they did not have all the parts they needed. That cost me another day or two. The (non-recall) repair I approved was for a tie rod ends. They suggested an alignment also (which makes sense). However, I was quoted a price of over $200 for an alignment. I can go to NTB or Discount Tire and get an alignment for $100. I honestly don't know why people use Ford Dealer service centers once their car is out of warranty or if it's not a recall situation. The safety recall was on my transmission bushing (or something like that). The transmission seems to be shifting harder and the RPM"s seem to run higher before shifting gears than before I brought it in. I'm reluctant to bring it back it because I don't want them tearing into my transmission and I have a feeling I would be told it needs extensive transmission work that I would have to pay for. The employees I meant were very friendly to work with. I just think they need to communicate with each other better. And communicate with the customer better. More
I've used this dealership for servicing my Ford vehicles for years. Customer Service Rep was helpful when I called to make the appointment, patiently answered my questions. Our overall experience was just ok. There were several individuals that were great and one that made things difficult. We waited longer than expected but the general manager ended up making sure we were taken care of at the end of the day. We ended up with the car we wanted but wished the process was easier considering the fact that we already had financing coming into the dealership. More

My first oil change and tire rotation with the maintenance package purchased with the new truck took 3 hours. Peggy my Service Advisor was experienced and we'll trained. Timothy Hoerig was very nice. I went in to have by back window replaced and he made the arrangement for it to be done. He had a ride for me to place I requested and then ride pick I went in to have by back window replaced and he made the arrangement for it to be done.
