Estimate of repair did not include disposal fee which is wrong. Also took approximately a month to get repairs done which they kept me advised but I was initially told a week. He also went to battle for me with the warranty company that did not want to pay my $4k repairs since it was a fairly new policy. Joshua kept in contact with me to give constant updates throughout the process. Much appreciated! It would have been 5 stars but the inconvenience of dropping off my vehicle 2 weeks before you can even look at it put a bad taste in my mouth. Great job Joshua! More
