Joshua kept in contact with me to give constant updates throughout the process. Much appreciated! It would have been 5 stars but the inconvenience of dropping off my vehicle 2 weeks before you can even look at it put a bad taste in my mouth. Great job Joshua! More

The people were polite, prompt, and disclosed the cost. I drive a hybrid, and the high voltage system in a 2009 Ford Escape needed to be jump charged. The cost was over $700.00! That’s because “they didn’t have the right type of charger and had to order it shipped in and out. That’s a lot for a battery jump. But they told me that in advance, they did what they said they would, and they charged me what we had agreed upon. I agreed to it, because I had no other options. Turns out the hybrid can’t sit for thirty days without running. Lesson (expensive lesson) learned. More
