Never have been in to any dealership when I get recalls on my vehicles. Ford happens to be the first one. When I walked in Asst. Service Manager Brent Dickey assisted me and was very knowledgeable about th on my vehicles. Ford happens to be the first one. When I walked in Asst. I went in for an oil change and the customer service was horrible. I called in advance to try and schedule an appointment after identifying who I was and the type of car I had. I was told I didn't need to make an appointment, that I could just come in. When I went in for the oil change they did not have my filter and was not told until after waiting for 3 hours. The service technician never contacted me to inform me that the part had come in and I was not able to reach her by phone. So I just showed up after two days of waiting on a reply. The service tech ended up not assisting me and someone else did. No one ever came to inform me the cost of the oil change or that it was going to be higher because they were using a higher grade oil in my vehicle. The over all experience was horrible. The tech had poor customer service and now I am finding out they did not top off any of the other fluids in my vehicle such as windshield wiper fluid. More
I usually take mine/my daughter’s vehicles to our dealer where we purchased them but their Service dept was VERY backed up on appointments.
