I had service for a recent safety recall the involved reprogramming the power train and replacing some rear axle bolts that might crack under certain conditions. The service was completed within an hour reprogramming the power train and replacing some rear axle bolts that might crack under certain conditions. The service was completed within an hour but the replacement bolts were not in stock yet. I was told that I would be contacted when the bolts came in. However, my service receipt says both services are complete so I am less than confident the bolts will ever be replaced because the documentation says it is already done. Hopefully I will be contacted soon. More

The team we worked with was very friendly and helpful. We were interested in a car that was advertised on their website and upon our arrival at our appointed time, were told the car was being looked at b We were interested in a car that was advertised on their website and upon our arrival at our appointed time, were told the car was being looked at by an AutoNation employee and not available, but had not been bought yet so why couldn't we have an opportunity to buy it? I didn't like that. But, our rep had another car ready for us which we liked and bought. More
