Easy drop off the night before service and no pressure on additional services that may be needed down the road. It was nice too having the car cleaned before I picked it up. An added perk. They get angry at finance when you don't want to buy an guarantee in a new vehicle, obvious ,it's a commission for them, but it's your decision to buy or not buying be careful what you sign, because if not guarantee in a new vehicle, obvious ,it's a commission for them, but it's your decision to buy or not buying be careful what you sign, because if not in any case they sell you a guarantee whit out you realizing it, and whit out warning that's illegal they do it anyway I buy a new vehicle on this dealer , the only persone help me " is the sales men . First of all Jake was great to deal with. Second of all I was promised X plan on my purchase when I ordered which was the basis of me deciding to order. They were really nice greated me as soon as I walked in the only bad thing is that I got there at 9:15 a.m. which I did have a 9:30 appointment to get a oil change I didn't leave until 11:55 a.m. I don't t the only bad thing is that I got there at 9:15 a.m. which I did have a 9:30 appointment to get a oil change I didn't leave until 11:55 a.m. I don't think that I would come back, that's a long time to wait just for a oil change and I had a appointment.
