Service is the slowest I have ever experienced with a dealership. I had an 8:00am appointment for an oil change and I waited on my truck. I did not leave there until 11:30. When the free oil changes are finished I will be using a different dealership. Not sure why I needed an appointment when it took over 3 hours for oil change. No one came out to the vehicle when I arrived I had to go inside and stand around and wait for someone to ask me if they could help me when I was the only one standing in front of 3 service people all ignoring me. The lady who finally acknowledge that I was there was very helpful. More

I had a 10am appointment for a oil change and winter check. Dropped off truck at 10:00 am. After calling dealership at 1:30pm truck wasn’t ready. Picked up truck at 3pm. He said that the Maverick Pickup has arrived the day before, And He had called the person that had ordered it that morning, But he was out of the Country, And He is not coming back, I Said, Hallelujah, Thank You Jesus, Glory To God, Amen and Amen, So We Bought The 2022 Ford Maverick Pickup, In about 3 Hours or Last.
