AutoNation Ford in Arlington has been very helpful in getting my Mustang repaired. My car was under still under the original factory warranty and needed major engine work. My service area contact was Peg getting my Mustang repaired. My car was under still under the original factory warranty and needed major engine work. My service area contact was Peggy Chaney . She has been so great to work with and kept me informed through out the 5 months it took to complete the repair. Supply shortages also impact the warranty repairs. She contacted and pursed the various suppliers to insure our car was taken care of. I really appreciate AutoNation Ford in Arlington and especially Peggy. More
Nothing but lies and letdowns on this truck I bought from Arlington Auto Nation. Started from the salesman that told me the issues I told him about would be fixed...I should have know that was BS. Then the Arlington Auto Nation. Started from the salesman that told me the issues I told him about would be fixed...I should have know that was BS. Then the truck went to the shop for a timing belt that took 4 months to get fixed. the truck still runs horrible, and the transmission still shifts bad. Spent another three weeks in the shop for the transmission to be worked on, and they can not tell if its bad or not. so they sent me packing. More

My service advisor was Melissa Moshier (Asst Service Manager) and she did an awesome job keeping me informed with what was going on with my truck. It was in for oil change and some recalls as well as a Manager) and she did an awesome job keeping me informed with what was going on with my truck.
